Cadence Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026. Cadence is published by Taste Industries.

The short version

Cadence helps short-video creators track how their posts perform. We collect only what is needed to run your account and your library. We never sell your data, never show ads, and never post anything on your behalf.

What we collect

What we do not do

Where it is stored

Account data is stored on a server operated by Taste Industries in Canada and the United States. Tokens are encrypted at rest. iCloud sync, if you use it, goes to your own iCloud account and is not visible to us.

Disconnecting and deleting

You can disconnect TikTok or YouTube at any time in Cadence, which deletes the stored token. You can delete your account and all of its data in the app (Settings). Deleting the app removes what is stored on your device. You can also email us to have your data deleted.

Third parties

Sign-in codes are sent by email through Resend. Purchases are processed by Apple. TikTok and YouTube data is read through their official APIs under their terms.

Children

Cadence is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
